  • Intended for primary care providers, this course describes the Option to Options project and explains it focus on hematologic cancers, defines cancer clinical trials, including how they work and their risks and benefits; identifies common barriers to referral and participation; discusses the potential importance of health care providers being the first point of contact for patient participation in clinical trials; and identifies specific actions providers can take to increase patient access to clinical trials.
